I am really not the expert in vecsilology (science about flags) but really it is very simple - the patron of the England is Saint George and his simbol is red cross on a white field. This is probably derived from the images of ressurecting Christ holding such a flag (Christi victor) and was used in presenting saint George in his victory over dragon (satan). As I said I am not an expert and this is a very free interpretation but I hope I was helpful.

If the person posting this message left their e-mail address, we inserted some random characters to prevent spammers from harvesting their address. Spammers do this with automated "bots" that constantly search the Web looking for e-mail addresses. Since you're a human being, not a bot, you can easily obtain the real address by removing the text that says "ThisisToPreventSpam-XYZ-RemoveThis." including the random number XYZ and the period at the end. For example, <info@ThisIsToPreventSpam-123-RemoveThis.interesting.com> would become <info@interesting.com>.
